Due to the increase in volumes that we are seeing into our customer service centres we have taken the decision to route some of our English calls through to our other European centres, this allows us to answer your questions as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and want to re-assure you that we are doing all we can to get to your calls and messages as quickly as possible.
